2025/2026 Holidays - No Class

  • Labor Day: Monday, September 1, 2025

  • Thanksgiving Break: Monday, November 24 – Friday, November 28, 2025

  • Winter Break: Monday, December 22, 2025 – Friday, January 2, 2026

  • Ski Week: Monday, February 16 – Friday, February 20, 2026

  • Spring Break: Monday, April 6 – Friday, April 10, 2026

  • Memorial Day: Monday, May 25, 2026

Sick Policy

Please keep your student home to recover if they:

  • Have had a fever within the past 24 hours

  • Have experienced vomiting or diarrhea within the past 24 hours

  • Have a persistent cough or difficulty breathing

  • Show signs or symptoms of other contagious conditions, including but not limited to pink eye, strep throat, or chickenpox

Please ensure students are symptom-free for at least 24 hours before returning to class and are feeling well enough to fully participate in daily activities.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation notices must be submitted via email to: enlightenedlearningteam@gmail.com

Private Instruction Sessions are billed automatically. Cancellations require 24+ hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows are billed in full. Students who no-show 3+ times/month may forfeit their time slot. Tutors will wait up to 15 minutes if no advance notice is provided.

Courses Full course tuition is billed upfront. No proration or refunds for missed classes. Re-enrollment is automatic; *See calendar for specific class start, end, and holiday dates **Registration is for the entire term. You may cancel at any time, however refunds are not available once the term has started.
