Welcome Charter Families!

Enlightened Learning Tutoring and Art is proud to partner with several local charter schools, offering a wide variety of courses and options tailored to meet your child’s needs!

Academic Year & Registration

At Enlightened Learning, registration is on a term-by-term basis, helping us provide consistent scheduling and ensure that classes run as planned.

We offer four terms during the academic year:

  • Kickoff Term: September

  • Fall Term: October – December

  • Winter Term: January – March

  • Spring Term: April – June

Our 2025–2026 course calendar runs from September 2, 2025 to June 5, 2026.

📌 *Some classes require enrollment across multiple terms.

Purchase Orders & Registration Process

We accept Purchase Orders (POs) from most charter schools. A complete and accurate PO is considered your payment and must be received at least one week before the start of the term.

Here’s how to register:

  1. View courses on our Schedule or Registration pages to find class times and pricing.

  2. Complete the registration form on our Registration Page.

  3. Upload your PO during registration, or submit it separately once issued.

  4. Once your PO is received and confirmed, your student’s spot is reserved.

Note: Registration is on a term-by-term basis. Refunds are not available after the term begins.
